Baby lotus leaves have a fleshy, placenta-esque quality that makes me wonder if they might contain stem cells that could cure. Now I want to know why some jacks have that brilliant dark coloration and some are pure green, just as with Leslie's market sorrel, so like a similar looking plant at Difficult. What's that about? old / young, male / female, different species / cultivar?
